Coming Soon – Small Groups!
0Exciting News!!
Westover is pleased to announce that we will be forming small groups for Bible Study SOON! The first session will be starting in early February and will be a six-episode, DVD-driven study, centered on the passion and resurrection of Christ. What better time to deepen your relationship with Jesus and strengthen your relationship with your church family, than the Lenten season?
The sessions include the following themes:
1. My Life Has a Purpose
2. My Life Can Change
3. My Pain is Understood
4. My Life Has a Plan
5. I Have the Promise of Eternal Life
6. My Hope is Secure
(NOTE: THESE VIDEOS DEPICT GRAPHIC SCENES OF CHRIST’S SUFFERING)
We sincerely hope you take advantage of the opportunity to grow in your faith and fellowship through these small groups! A sign up sheet will be placed in the Narthex Sunday, January 29th - please prayerfully consider if you would be willing to be a leader, a host, or a participant and SIGN UP!

There will be short meeting following worship on Sunday, February 5th for leader training. We are here to support and encourage these groups in any way we can, so please reach out to any of us with questions!

Chili Cook-Off/Talent Night is a HIT!
0A great time was had by all! Delicious food, fierce competition, wonderful talent – what could be better? This may have to become a yearly event!
Chili Cook-Off & Talent Night
0Come showcase your talent whether it be singing, dancing, some sort of display talent, or cooking some delicious chili! Don’t think you have an award winning recipe for chili? How about a dessert or side dish to share? You won’t want to miss the fun!
Saturday, January 14th – 5:00 PM in Fellowship Hall
Please contact Melinda Leseney or Shari Davis if you have a talent you’d like to share (other than the chili)!

0While the excessive heat may have kept MOST of us from dining outside, the picnic spirit could not be stifled and a good time was had by all! Fun, fellowship, and good food - what could be better!?
